NOTE: There will be a trial/shadowing period at one to two clinics.
Discusses options and services with clients. Fills in client forms with services requested. Must be willing to learn about products and be able to advise and inform clients. As an Intake Rep, you will learn to look at pet records and mark the forms appropriately.
This position requires exceptional customer service skills, high attention to detail, and a genuine love for pets. Candidates must be willing to learn our full product line to assist pet owners effectively and remain focused while working under pressure in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Our Greeter is the first team member the client encounters. Our greeters are friendly and welcoming to all our clients and their pets. Greeters will hand out clipboards and forms to clients and explain our process. Must be comfortable giving direction and working under pressure.
