Discusses options and services with clients. Fills in client forms with services requested. Must be willing to learn about products and be able to advise and inform clients. As an Intake Rep, you will learn to look at pet records and mark the forms appropriately.
Assist the client and doctor by lifting and lowering pets, restraining for vaccines, cleaning the exam table between clients, and other miscellaneous though very important duties. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Fills out paperwork for recording visit, totals invoices, dispenses and documents medication sold. Must be customer oriented, patient and calm, able to focus under pressure.
Our Greeter is the first person from our team the client encounters. Must be Friendly and welcoming to all our clients and their pets. Greeters will hand out clipboards and forms to clients prior to seeing the DVM or RVT.
